The Upminster Sanctuary is a purpose-built therapy centre for Complementary Healing and Teaching, set in a beautiful, tranquil haven in the Essex countryside close to Upminster.
 

There is easy access by car from the A127, A12, A13 and M25 and plentiful parking onsite.
